Why VDM: Coupling her digital marketing knowledge with her creative way with words and zest for winging it while also thriving on developing strategies, adventure and building great relationships and being playful within VDM andall things digital with her hubby, Greg’s photo and videography skills, Dom started VDM in 2017.
As captain of the VDM ship, Dom believes work-life balance is the key to success AND happiness. So it’s not surprising you will find her racing out of the office to pick up her mini at the end of the day because #allworkandnoplay makes everyone grumpy in her opinion.
Day in the life: With a lick from Riley (our resident pooch), Dom jumps out of bed and is off to the beach for a run. Whirling into the office well before the rest of the team, Dom is often found fielding phone calls from clients, crafting creative copy for Google ads or running workshops to explain the digital realm to others. A creative at heart with a digital-savvy mind Dom’s stylin’ kicks and down-to-earth nature remind everyone she meets that fun and hard work can go hand in hand. #haveyourcakeandeatittoo
Outside of work: You will find Dom fishing off the pier in Ocean Grove, scarfing pizza (#hamandpineapplepizzaisthebest) or binge-watching #influencersinthewild on Insta, Seinfield or her fav fishing cause she loves to laugh.
