Why VDM: Crystal enjoys the flexibility to work odd hours so she can enjoy time with her #goobers (aka her children) and husband. Plus she loves using her barista skills from a past life.
Day in the life: Before she swings by the office in OG, Crystal smashes a short black and hustles her kids out of bed, walks her two dogs and listens to a true-crime podcast to get her heart rate up. Then, in the office, she caffeinates the team with her #baristaskills and sits down to #getshitdone. Whether creating stylin’ social media flows, designing graphic tiles or taking eye-catching photographs, Crystal takes on any and all challenges we throw at her. Even the curve balls - hello client reports or a picture of an obscure computer from 1987. Our resident #multi-tasker, we would be lost without Crystal to keep us all afloat.
Outside of work: The cheerful and cheeky Crystal sings everything from Justin Bieber to Sleep Token at the top of her lungs in the car on the #schoolrun. A self-professed sedentary documentary junkie, Crystal can also be found keeping in shape on the netball court. A lover of Mexican food, family and never one to turn down an offer of hot chips Crystal is an all-rounder inside and outside of the office.
