What the team calls her: Lee-Lee, CEO (aka our Chief Expert Organiser!)
Why VDM: It’s all about the values for our resident #Christmaslover. Feeling valued, delivering work that is valued and working with clients and colleagues that share similar values - Lee feels VDM has it all.
Day in the life: Racing to her gym class as often as she can (hitting the snooze button leaving 3 minutes to get there isn’t uncommon), Lee loves a good #sweatsesh before arriving at the office. An organiser at heart she spends her day conferring with clients, advising on digital brand strategies and drinking copious amounts of tea (#whitewithahalfsugar). Flexible and focused - Lee makes sure the t’s are crossed, i’s are dotted and the branding is spot on before the work goes out the door. It’s no surprise to the VDM fam that it takes her a long time to order at restaurants as she can’t help herself proofreading the menu!
Outside of work: Lee enjoys a glass of wine (and #winememes) after work. On the weekends you will find her racing around Torquay to watch her kids’ activities or walking her adorable fur-baby Louie with her husband. However, when it's #100daystochristmas you better call ahead because Lee will be busy putting up her #christmaslights and spreading #holidaycheer everywhere she goes.
